The Carlotta vest is the most festive piece in the LFrank Wardrobe collection, providing a splash of texture and personality to elevate your day or night. Here is a cotton lace version in black. It features a double ruffle along the neckline and arm opening, and has an optional belt to tie it all together. It can be worn alone over our Gaia Bralette or over any of our camisoles, and the Elena jackets.  Carlotta looks great over the Hestia Wrap dresses and Lilia Sundresses, and is also super chic as a top to wear with any skirt or trouser you like.
